Crew Management

People are the heart of any ship. At Capeseas, we manage the entire seafarer lifecycle — from recruitment and pre-employment medical examinations to training, deployment, payroll administration, and eventual sign-off. Dry Dock Management

Dry docking is one of the most complex and cost-intensive events in a vessel's operational lifecycle. A poorly managed dry dock can result in cost overruns, quality deficiencies, delayed departure, and classification certificate lapses.
